Conditions Hoeve Vianen
When booking directly (via our website, e-mail or by telephone) an accommodation at Hoeve Vianen, you agree with our rental agreement, our general booking conditions and, where our conditions do not provide, with the Conditions for holiday homes HISWA RECRON. Only Dutch law applies to reservations.
Cancellation costs
10 and 12 person holiday home
In the event of a cancellation:
More than 6 months before the check-in date: you pay 30% of the total rental amount.
Less than 6 months before the check-in date: you pay 50% of the total rental amount.
Less than 2 months before the check-in date: you pay 75% of the total rental amount.
30 days or less before the check-in date: you pay 90% of the total rental amount.
All periods are calculated from the moment of cancellation and based on a check-in time of 3:00 pm.
2 - 4 person holiday home
In the event of a cancellation:
- More than 6 days before the check-in date: you pay 30% of the total rental amount.
- 4, 5 or 6 days before the check-in date: you pay 60% of the total rental amount.
- 1, 2 or 3 days before the check-in date: you pay 85% of the total rental amount.
- Less than 1 day before the check-in date (less than 24 hours): you pay 100% of the total rental amount.
All periods are calculated from the moment of cancellation and based on a check-in time of 3:00 pm.
Cancellation if you did not book directly with Hoeve Vianen
In this case, you must contact the party through whom you made the booking directly in order to cancel.
Depending on the booking platform or provider you used, different and/or additional terms and conditions may apply that you agreed to at the time of booking. In that case, the terms and conditions of that party will apply.
No show
In the event of a no-show, the guest is in all cases obliged to pay the entire reservation value.
